Welcome to the Meet Again Tea Shop. We are a small family run business, baking our own cakes and making our own, well filled, sandwiches. We have a variety of fine teas
and make coffee to suit your tastes.
Lumphanan is surrounded by lovely countryside. In days gone by it was a stopping place on the main route North. The castle mound (known as the Peel Ring) and its associated earthworks can be visited free of charge. It is a great spot for a picnic. For youngsters, there may be tadpoles where the stream that fed the moat still trickles. Roly-poly down the slopes of the mound might be good fun (but sadly, not for me).
It is perfect walking country and we can suggest some places to go. We have printed guides to illustrate possible routes.
For most of her working life, Ros was a primary school teacher and later worked with elderly and disabled people helping them to do their chosen activities.
